1. Program Description
Valet Expense Reduction, LLC sends SMS messages to opted-in users for informational and service purposes. Messages are sent only to customers who have signed up through our website (https://ver-llc.com/) or via our scheduling forms and have explicitly opted in to receive SMS communications. Consent is obtained through customer-initiated sign-ups that clearly disclose messaging intent and opt-out instructions.
This is a Low Volume Mixed messaging program. Types of messages sent include:
• Appointment confirmation and enrollment confirmations
• Upcoming appointment reminders
• Rescheduling, cancellation, or schedule change updates
• Account notifications and support communications

4. Cancellation Instructions
You may cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. After your opt-out is confirmed, you will receive a final confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent.
To re-subscribe, sign up again through the original registration or scheduling form on our website.

8. Carrier Liability
Wireless carriers and mobile network operators are not responsible for delayed, undelivered, misdirected, or blocked messages. Carriers are not liable for any damages or inconvenience resulting from message transmission failures.
9. Age Restriction
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this service or receive SMS communications from Valet Expense Reduction. By opting in, you confirm that you meet this eligibility requirement.
10. Mobile Information Sharing & Privacy
Valet Expense Reduction takes user privacy seriously. The following policies apply strictly to all mobile information collected through this program:
• No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.
• Mobile information is used solely to deliver the appointment-related and service communications described in this program.

• Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except for aggregators and providers of the Text Message services.
• No third party is permitted to use, process, store, analyze, or monetize your mobile information for marketing or promotional activities on our behalf or for their own benefit.
• All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Message services.
